Heli-1 works with state and national governement agencies to combat wildfires across the United States, including Alaska. Heli-1 also works internationally to help foreign countries with forestry and firefighting needs and can offer our fleet of Type I, Type II, and Type III in any configuration needed. Heli-1 can provide (NVG) certified aircraft for 24-hours/day fire suppression operations.
All pilots, mechanics, and drivers go through extensive firefighting training to provide the highest quality services. Heli-1 personnel are USFS carded and service Exclusive Use and Call When Needed contracts.
